Up for auction in a late 1960's National Westwood Guitar Amp made in the USA by Valco of Chicago. Model # N 6416 T. This amp features (1) 5y3gt, (1) 6v6gt, (2)12ax7 tubes. The first two are original RCA's made in USA. There are twin 8in. Jensen Special Design speakers in great condition. This amp sounds amazing. There is no hum or speaker trouble. I have been using this to record with for the last ten years and it has never let me down. It has a very warm clean sound, and a cool over-driven sound when pushed. It also took my analogman tube screamer very well. Check out the pictures. This is a neat looking amp, but it has gained some cosmetic flaws over the last 40's years. None of these effect the sound at all. The grill is actually more of a silver look, but it is hard to photograph. Local testing and pick-up is welcome in the Twin Cities.
