Vintage Guitar Amplifiers

You are looking at a nice vintage guitar amplifier and matching extension cabinet made in the USA in 1978.  I am the original owner. The Music Man amplifier is rated at 65 Watts RMS and features a vintage Electrovoice 12 inch speaker.  The amplifier has two channels: one for rhytym and one for lead.  This was one of the first double channel amplifiers.  The controls from left to right are:

Volume, Gain (rythym channel), Volume, Gain (lead channel), treble control, middle control, bass control and reverb control.There are two inputs for high gain and low gain applications. There are also a 100 millivolt low level line in/line out and 3 volt high level line in/line out. The most useful feature of the amplifier are two switches next to the two main inputs; one for brightness and one for deep. The deep control, when activated, makes this amp roar. On the back panel. there are from left to right: an AC outlet, an 3 amp fuse, ground switch, one output jack for the main speaker and another output jack for extension speaker applications. There is also an impedence selector switch for operating at 8 ohms and 4 ohms.  The 8 ohm position is for the single twelve inch speaker and the other is four ohms when an extension cabinet is used.  The dimensions of the amplifier itself are 22.5" by 17" by 8" at the top that tapers up to 10.5" at the bottom. It weighs 58 pounds.  The extension speaker cabinet measures 22.5" by  10.5" by 17". It weighs 33.6 pounds.  The extension speaker cabinet matches well with the black tolex and the silver fender type grill cloth. The extension speaker cabinet features an Eminence Tonker speaker. The tonker is very efficient and matches up well with the EV 12' speaker in the amplifier.  The extension cabinet is pretty new and is in perfect shape. The amplifier, for its age, is also mint condition. This vintage combo amplifier is pretty rare, so bid with confidence that you are getting something that is unique.  Thanks for your interest and and I will be glad to return your money if not completely satisfied.
