Marshall Vintage Modern 2266 50-watt Tube Amp Head in EXCELLENT condition with NO RESERVE!!!

I bought this amp head new from Guitar Center about 3 years ago and have the original receipt (paid $1,200.00).  I picked it up in the un-opened box, brought it home, and unpacked it in my smoke-free home studio.  I sat it on a 4x12 cab and haven't moved it since.  The thing looks and works like brand new.

This thing rocks!!!  Sounds great, is 100% functional, and will make the next owner very pleased.  I am selling because I just bought a vintage strat and need some $$$$.

The Marshall 2266 Vintage Modern 50-watt is an all-valve (tube) amplifier head that uses a single channel with a choice of two footswitchable "dynamic ranges." The Low range gives you the tone and gain of a stock vintage Marshall amp. The High range on the 2266 head adds an extra preamp tube to the signal path, providing some dynamic classic rock tones. Go from sparkling chime to compressed overdrive with a tap of the footswitch, and add your favorite outboard effects to the signal path via a series effects loop (with level selector) built into the versatile 2266 head.  Two KT66 tubes provide the power which can be tamed with the master volume control.  Also has reverb and a mid-boost switch.

Dual footswitch which controls the reverb and dynamic range is also included.  In addition, the detachable power cord and manual/warrantee card will ship with the amp head.  Marshall 5-year warrantee should be transferable, still two years on it!
